The North Channel Bank
North Channel Bank was founded in 1924 as the private bank Bankhaus Oswald Kruber with its head office in Berlin. It was acquired by a North American group of investors in 2009 and renamed North Channel Bank. Their experience in the secondary market for US life insurance policies quickly made the bank the leading institution for the financing of US life settlements. The bank also expanded its portfolio to include securities trading and structured finance.
